I use a lot of different tools in my every day work. I thought that it would be nice to list them in one place. Hopefully, you’ll find some of them to be useful and try them out yourself!
Tools supporting my productivity system
Nozbe – My command center. I use Nozbe to store my tasks, projects, next steps, etc.
OneNote – My digital brain. I use it to store all notes, articles, ideas, mindmaps, workshop plans, product descriptions , drafts of articles , etc. I use it on all platforms (Windows, web, iOS).
Goalscape – I use this application to define my long-term goals and visions. I track my progress towards those goals there.

Google Calendar – My main calendar.
Office 365 Home – With this subscription, I have access to Office apps (Word and Excel), which I can use everywhere. On top of that , I have 1TB of cloud storage in OneDrive where I store all my files.
